System supervisory control and monitoring

Objective: constant supervision of production processes. When production systems or lines reach important dimensions, it is necessary to equip them with a monitoring system allowing for a complete control of the work under-way from a single command post.

We have created a supervision software that manages an entire groundwater treatment process by connecting to a network provided by six autonomous substations, each with PLC-based logic. Our software allows the process status to be monitored via a system synoptic panel, field events/alarms to be collected and archived, system settings to be commanded and changed remotely, and information to be disseminated (e-mail, text messaging, photo messages, etc.).
