Testing automated thermostats and pressure (TATP16.0) - Boiler

The bench is designed to test in the production line the leak test and the correct installation of safety thermostats for boiler or other container equipped with an electric resistance for heating up to 100 ° C and a maximum pressure of 10bar. The bench equipped with HMI interface for scheduling, run autonomously the test, using the temperature reading instruments without contact and produces and stores a report.

The bench made of aluminum profiles is equipped with a circulator pump and a pressurizing one, pneumatic valves and pressure detectors and laser temperature, in addition to a water tank in stainless steel.
