The drive model CPE907 is the last innovation of BCB ELECTRIC in the field of drive and control of ECCENTRIC PRESSES by clutch/brake with pneumatic engage.

The CPE907 has been projected in accordance with the following regulations:

EUROPEAN REGULATION EN692
with regard to machines security

EUROPEAN REGULATION EN574
concerning the bimanual drive in IIIC CLASS

EUROPEAN REGULATION EN60204-1
and following publications for the emergency stop circle in 0 CATEGORY.

All internal circuits are cabled on n.2 printed circuits interfaced by connectors and realised by security relay with forced contacts, controlled in overflow, with regard to the EN692, in order to guarantee the function block and bring the security machine, also of a single canal in case of damage.

The CPE907 model contains all the necessay functions for the drive and control of the press, in this way it doesn't need any ausiliary circuit for the clutch/brake circuit check and machine cicles.

MAIN FEATURES OF THE ELECTRIC UNIT:

- CE CERTIFICATE of type class III C issues by IMQ, on the BIMANUAL CONTROL CIRCUIT cabled within the CPE907

 - Alluminium box according to law DIN 437007N with 96 x 192 x 248 dimensions

- Embedding assembly on panel

- Frontal coolar badge in POLYCARBONATE with antiscratch and antioil full with silk-screen printing and transparent 
areas for signalation led

N.B. By using the transparent areas technique near to led signalation, one can avoid the drilling of collar badge, by making it really tin.

- Digital 8 numbers countstrokes with liquid cristals

- Key selector for the selection of the bimanual control or pedal working

- Key selector for the selection of single, countinuous and at impulse work cicle

- Key selector for alarm reset

- Terminal board inhibitor of the continuous cicle, useful when there aren't optoelectronics or mechanical barriers

- Terminal board consent for stampsaving circuit

- Possibility to provide the solenoid valve circuit with tension between 24V and 110V

- Two end-run working ables to manage all the control functions and stop cicle run

- Extrarun circuit integrated in the working by using one of the two cicle cams

- Cables connections by clutch clamps, that allow the the modulus remove without disconnecting any cable

The CPE907 electric unit is given with the use and maintenance handbook, amply described and illustrated in its every pare, so that it can be enclosed at the use and maintenance handbook of the press without the necessity to describe the solenoid valve and machine cicles working.

Every CPE907 unit has got its own number of register signed in the back panel and is accompained by the conformity paper.

FOR THE PRESSES CONTROL

Good for small-medium power presses. Security and control in a sole compact box. Simple to install. Maximum use functionality.

The compact panel is created for the need of having simple but also complete and functional products.
It offers advantageous elements, as reduced dimentions, simple installation and maintenance.
Especially good for small entreprises, in which the space is essential. 
It complitely satisfies the main features of an eccentric press with pneumatic engage.
The signal led in the electric unit allow to monitor costantly the press functionality. By disassembly the front panel is possible to enter simply in the inernal cable, so that the esternal users can be connected in an interfaced terminal board.
Four holes in the bottom allow the fixing by using the fixed or mobile bearing arm.

The working cicle control of the press is guaranteed by CPE907 form, realised in accordance to security regulations with the internal bimanual drive and IMQ homologated.
