activities

They are projected and assembled in a specific internal laboratory:
- electrical panels of small and big power (up to 6000 A, 65 KVA MCC-PCC) 
by using components which come from the most pretigious european enterprises (ABB – SCHNEIDER -MOELLER – OMRON – SIEMENS – RITTAL – CEB );
- automation drive panels for every automatic system, for tool machines, productive lines, termoregulation systems, for all that requires a control and management panel.

Is the technical office that makes a specific project and works out the electric system that helps the productive division.

For the most the automation panel makes use of programable controller (PLC) fulled of management and supervision software – realised by the programmers within the enterprise.

Where possible some panels are realised with relay logic.

For each panel, both for directly realized plants and for those built by esternal customers, there's a regular CE quality certification form; with dimensional calculations, schemes, planimetries, testing note, thermic dissipations - according to CEI 17-13 , CEI 44-5 and EN 60204-1 regulations.

Specifically for the presses sector (answering to Machines Directive - Enclosure IV), has been projected and realised a machine for the eccentric presses drive and control, with clutch/brake with pneumatic engage, called CPE 907.

This machine has been certificate by IMQ (Italian Quality Mark Institute) for the bimanual drive, and has been produced for more than 1000 models. (see the SHOP WINDOW in the Home Page).
