Check the efficiency of electric water heaters household according to the new European regulations being developed EN50440:2013which determines how far energy losses of the electric water heaters for the evaluation of the overall efficiency of the product.

 

On the main control panel it is installed the acquisition, processing and control measurement system that is modular, expandable, made by a real-time National Instrument controller that will scan the acquisition of physical quantities and interface with sensors and actuators on the field through appropriate input / output modules.

The test system that we propose also provides the power supply with ignition control as required by the test and measurement of electrical parameters using digital power analyzers.

 

The software package implemented to manage the acquisition system is essentially composed of the following applications for management RTT-Server, Client and Data Storage using a platform for data archiving and consultation with the application software NI Diadem.

The operator interface consists of a graphical panel which summarizes the ramp test is made using LabView National Instrument designed for 2 test stations.

 

The ramp is built with a supporting structure with indicative dimensions (WxHxD) 1mt x 2,6x 1,5mt with interior space for passage facilities (depth indicative 0,5mt) with tubular stainless 60x60mm with central support for reinforcement of the structure, vertical supports recordable tubular steel with round pins for hooking heaters, vertical strips of sheet steel movable plugging in the side and placed it at the top to the bottom of the structure anchored with stainless steel screws, with Plexiglas on the front.
