Power tool testing and run-in warehouse

The control system created with a PLC allows all the moving and sorting sections of the products being tested to be managed efficiently and flexibly.

The three transport manipulators are moved by brush-less motors that give remarkable precision and movement speed in transporting work-piece pallets in the warehouse. The management of the brush-less motors was made using the functions for controlled axes.

The control software was developed and realized in such a way to allow for the simultaneous management of different models of the product being tested. It applies a specific run-in process to each and gives the operator complete control of the process.

The operator interface was created using a touch screen panel highlighting process status monitoring and the identification of potential errors or anomalies.
