The goal of the project is to construct a testing system of air-conditioning components in domestic environments for one of our best clients.

This system allows us to do testing for product research and development in situations as close as possible to the real use they are meant for. The management system acquires a remarkable series of measurements from environmental parameter transducers (temperatures, humidity) and fluid measurement transducers (temperatures, flow rate, etc.). These are used to analyze the behavior of the various systems and their productivity based on the amount of energy used (electrical energy consumed and volumes of natural gas used).

A specific remote supervision software was developed to acquire measurements from the field and save the findings in a database. Being a testing environment for products in continual evolution, the management software was also studied and designed to be easily adjustable and quickly convertible to perform impromptu tests, even of short duration.
